The Giraffe Restaurant team believes in creating a complete dining experience, and their menu reflects this. For starters, you can try the crispy Pacific oysters, available in natural or tempura, or the delicious eggplant polpette crumbed with baba ghanoush sauce, parmesan, and tuille.

When it comes to the main dishes, you’re spoilt for choice with their stunning range of dishes, including mouth-watering potato gnocchi with shiitake mushrooms, mushroom puree, crispy kale and ricotta cheese, spinach and ricotta ravioli. The catch of the day is cooked in lightly spiced coconut sauce and served with orzo rice, wild rice, bok choy and fresh herbs. From the farm, enjoy beef short rib braised and boneless with seasonal vegetables, potato gratin and dijon mustard, and organic chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto and stuffed with spinach and mozzarella, with seasonal vegetable, carrot puree.
