Going strong since 2015, Cleaver & Co has made a name for itself through its authentic BBQ slow cooked over a wood fire. And whilst you're busy risking your new white shirt, the restaurant itself is spick and span. Delving into natural materials and rustic warmth, the dining hall perfectly complements the food on offer. Get your gang around a picnic-style bench or perch on some bar stools before gazing in awe at the open kitchen where the masters do their work. Where community is encouraged and everyone is welcome to watch the game over a towering burger, come as you are and indulge in the BBQ in town.

It's no secret that it's a hotspot for meat lovers. With prime cuts like Angus beef scotch, lamb shank and beef brisket, all of which are smoked slowly for the ultimate depth of flavour and either thrown on the piping hot grill or slow cooked for that perfect melt-in-the-mouth moment, their popularity is almost a given. And thanks to their Southern Pride cooker, there's no limit to what they can do.

They're also tossing homemade patties on the grill. Think Angel Bay beef with smoky bacon and melted cheese, peri-peri chicken with grilled pineapple (yes it really works!) and bean patties smothered in aioli. Have yours with seasonal veggies and or some jalapeno poppers for some extra oomph. Then, wash it down with a locally brewed craft beer or cocktail.
