The menu is deliciously hearty and warming and uses only the best local ingredients. To begin, get your seafood on with their smoked salmon rillette, market fish ceviche and lemon pepper crumbed calamari. Alternatively, enjoy your favourite fast-food with buttermilk fried chicken or wagyu sliders.

You'd better leave some room. You've got the piping hot free farmed pork belly topped with golden raisins and the 12-hour lamb shoulder that quite literally melts in the mouth. Then, make it an absolute feast with a side of mac 'n' cheese or cauliflower with four kinds of cheese. Don't be surprised if you have to be rolled home!
