No frills, just grills! Welcome to Lobster Inn Tavern, an honest Kiwi establishment that'll tickle you pink with its hearty, soulful food.

Instead of spotting whales, we ask you to look out for the gigantic lobster poised on the front of this establishment. Skuttle under its claws and chill in their relaxed, open dining room. Watch the hottest game on any of their sports screens or simply admire the view of the surrounding mountains over a refreshing pint.

But before we get to drinks, the food menu is a sight for sore eyes after any kind of day. Their almighty stone grill is pumping out meatilicious bbq goodness left, right and centre. As well as smoky cuts of beef, lamb and pork, you have sublime local seafood.

Or there's more straight-up comfort food like creamy chicken fettuccini, scotch fillet with a smothering of rich sauce, crispy pork belly and fall-off-the-bone pork ribs.
