Promotion

Win a double date night for four, worth $150

Promotion period 

Campaign Promotion commences at 7am NZDT on Tuesday 2 February 2021 and ends at midnight NZDT on Thursday 11 February 2021. All online entries must be received by the closing time frame as stated.

Promoter

The Promoter of the Campaign is First Table Limited. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.

Eligible Entrants 

This Campaign is open to those who enter via First Table’s competition entry form and who are 18 years or older as of the date of entry. The Campaign is only open to legal residents of New Zealand and is void where prohibited by law. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Agreement to Rules

By participating, the Contestant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of First Table as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.

How to Enter

The Campaign must be entered by completing and submitting this entry form on www.firsttable.co.nz/competitions/valentines-day-2021. Entrants must complete their entry by tagging their date night crew on our Facebook post to be in the draw.

The entry must fulfil all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Multiple entries from the same person will not be accepted in this Promotion period. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of First Table. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of First Table.

Prize

The Competition Winner of this Valentine’s Day Promotion will receive a dining experience at a First Table restaurant of choice for four people, worth $150. Credit must be used in one sitting and cannot be split over numerous dining experiences. The Winner is responsible for additional costs not specifically included in this prize.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winner will be selected by a random drawing of the Promotion under the supervision of First Table within 48 hours of the competition ending. The Winner will be notified by email. First Table shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within four days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

Claiming Prize 

First Table will credit $10 to The Winner’s First Table account to cover the First Table booking fee on www.firsttable.co.nz. The Winner is responsible for paying the restaurant bill upfront and requesting a GST receipt from the restaurant so First Table can reimburse up to $150 for the dining experience.

The Winner is responsible for emailing marketing@firsttable.com with the GST receipt and bank account details so First Table can transfer to The Winners bank account. A screenshot from a bank account statement is not applicable. 

The Prize must be redeemed by 14 August 2021 or the prize is otherwise invalid. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted.

Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for First Table to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

Rights Granted by You

By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that First Table, anyone acting on behalf of First Table, and First Table licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World. This is without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
