Eligibility: Only participants that register for the Connected Tables Programme by submitting their details along with those of the restaurant decision-makers on this form are eligible to participate.
Programme discretion: The determination of whether a restaurant is appropriate for inclusion on the First Table platform is at the sole discretion of First Table.
Information handling:
- The contact information provided may already be present in the First Table database.
- Submissions are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and it is possible that the contact details for this restaurant have already been submitted.
- We may mention your name to the restaurant you have referred as part of the process of establishing a potential partnership.
Incentive Eligibility: This incentive is applicable solely to restaurants that are not currently participating in the First Table programme.
Programme Term: This programme commences upon your acceptance and remains valid until otherwise terminated by First Table. Any restaurant referrals made after the termination of the term will not be eligible to participate in the programme.
Valid referral: A valid referral is one made by an eligible participant during the term of the programme that results in the restaurant joining the First Table platform.
Consent requirement: The referred contact must have consented to having their contact information provided to First Table for this programme prior to the date of the referral. You indemnify First Table for any claim arising out of your failure to procure such consent.
Referral Fee:
- If you make a valid referral, you will be entitled to receive a total referral fee of up to $400 per valid referral:
- $200 paid when the referred restaurant is live on First Table for 30 days
- An additional $200 paid when the restaurant has received 75 bookings.
- Successful referral participants will need to invoice First Table to claim their referral fee(s). Invoices should be submitted upon receiving notification from First Table that the referral criteria have been met.
- The referrer is responsible for any taxes, as required by law, arising from the provision of the referral fee.
- If First Table is unable to provide the referral fee for whatever reason, you will receive a substitute fee of commensurate value.
Claiming the Fee: First Table will track the progress of your referral and will reach out to you when you are eligible to receive your referral fee(s).
Referral Limits: Restaurants can only be referred to First Table once. In the event that a restaurant is referred more than once, only the first person to refer that restaurant will be eligible for a referral fee under this programme.
Non-Transferability: The referral fee is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
