You may have noticed the phrase 'Regular Table' floating around on First Table recently. We're excited to announce our latest and greatest feature that makes it easier to find and book a table in New Zealand in real-time. Introducing, Regular Table! 😍
Regular Table allows you to search for available tables at participating restaurants, no matter the time, the number of people, or the reservation system used by the restaurant.
What does that mean for you? It means no more scrolling Google to book that 10 person dinner party, no more searching through multiple websites finding everyone's latest open hours, and no walking around town trying to find a tasty spot for lunch. It might only be regular, but it's extraordinarily handy 😉
It's easy to find Regular Tables on our website. Simply select the city you're in then head across to the filters on the right and tick 'Regular Table' (if the button isn't there, it isn't available in your city yet). You can also see if Regular Table is available at a restaurant when this booking button is displayed on our website or app:
Booking a Regular Table is similar to booking a First Table except there are more times available, you can invite more people, and no booking fee is charged ❤️ As the name suggests, Regular Table bookings do not include 50% off the food bill, and instead offers you an easy way to book restaurants when you don't feel like dining during the off-peak hours of the evening.
So, you're probably thinking: What does Regular Table have to do with Frequent Foodies?
Booking Regular Tables is the fastest way to earn Frequent Foodies Status Points, which gives you a greater opportunity to unlock the perks in the Gold and Platinum Status Levels. Regular Table bookings earn five times the amount of Status Points that First Table bookings do, so the more you dine, the more you earn!
For more information on Frequent Foodies, check out our welcome hub. Happy dining!
