The Meat Preachers are spreading the carnivorous word of South American BBQ and it's unlike anything you've heard (or tasted) before.

The taste buds behind Zamora are behind this meaty creation. Where the deli meets the butchery, they use authentic South American cooking techniques that do justice to their award-winning produce. Yep that's right, you're in for an absolute treat! What's more, you can watch the preachers do their stuff, preparing your meat before your very eyes on a roaring fire from this casual, open plan diner style venue.

It's going to be a big night so best warm up the stomach with some tasty nibbles. From the deli comes their delectable sharing boards that feature an assortment of Zamora's chorizo sausages as well as a vegetarian-friendly halloumi platter that comes with greens and crostini. Alternatively, wrap it up with some of their empanadas, a traditional South American pasty filled with your choice of BBQ chicken, beef or veggies.

Loudspeakers at the ready.... here comes the main event and it doesn't hold back! Charred, smoked and flambéd, your meal emerges resplendent from the fire. There's everything from beef and pork ribs to smoked brisket and rotisserie chicken. Jazz it up with some fries and slaw and if you're after something a tad lighter, their sandwiches are perfect if you're after a quick bite.
