Come summer, dine out on the deck that's dressed to impress in pristine whites and is just a stone's throw away from the water. Unbelievably elegant with pure excellence baked in, Wakatipu Grill offers you fine dining with a side of jaw-dropping natural landscapes.

They've made a name for themselves with their impressive steaks, all of which are sourced in NZ and served with seasonal purees and your choice of sauce. Up first is the Lake Ohau wagyu flank with NZ coastal lamb rump coming in second, both of which offer a delicious insight into NZ's world-class hand-reared meat. And if you want to eat really seasonally, opt for the chef's cut of the day which takes the best of the day's offerings.

Of course, that's not the only meat that NZ is famous for. Wakatipu Grill is also working its magic on Canter Valley duck breast and Savannah eye fillet. As for those who want to avoid meat altogether, you are well catered for too with the daily pasta specials, tomato risotto, cauliflower steak and market fish. All this meal needs now is a glass of Otago crush grapes and the sun setting behind the Remarkables.
