Having trained in some of the most demanding restaurants in NZ and mastered Middle Eastern, French and Asian cuisines, amongst others, it's safe to say that he knows what he's doing. And all in a romantic, cosy setting. Indulging his soft spot for all things Asian, the paper lanterns of Hoi An illuminate the space and afford it a beautiful glow. Classic plates like eggs benedict and full breakfasts are upgraded with brisket, crispy kale and whipped feta, bringing something different to the dishes we know and love.
