Welcome to Legend Kitchen, a delightful restaurant that recently opened its doors in Courtenay Place.

Legend Kitchen is the brainchild of a lovely couple who always feared that authentic Chinese cuisine was incredibly expensive. Inspired by their backgrounds, they decided to create their restaurant specialising in all things comforting. Needless to say, they certainly succeeded.

Step inside and be welcomed by a laid-back atmosphere with communal-style seating and minimal decor. Thin privacy screens help create an intimate feel without sacrificing space, perfect for sharing with your nearest and dearest. With a huge menu made entirely by hand, there is something for everyone, from the young to the older and wiser.

To start, make sure to sample the legendary dumplings and dim sum. These irresistible morsels have a reputation far and wide; choose from pork and spring onion, pork and chive, or steamed pork dumplings, all crafted with obvious love and attention.

If you're a fan of the mains, why not opt for the legend fried rice noodle, available with beef, pork, chicken or shrimp, or the braised beef shin noodle soup, equally as tasty? If you have a big appetite, tuck into one of Legend Kitchen's tempting set meals. Opt for the sweet and sour chicken, served with rice or noodles, or the sweet and sour pork.
