Owned by Chef Jaswant Singh Minhas, Shiraz Haveli has served innovative Indian cuisine to Whangarei diners for over 20 years. Thanks to their superb food, wine and service, Shiraz Haveli has opened two sister restaurants in Dargaville and Kamo.

Jaswant brings his passion for authentic Indian fare to the kitchen, working with a team of master chefs from some of India’s top hotels. Together, they use traditional tandoori ovens to give their naan, meat and vegetarian tandoori dishes an outstanding flavour.
