Drenched in bright colour and spiked with bold imagery, Mexico is an immersive dining experience inspired by the street cuisine and culture of its namesake nation. And it's not hard to see why. Bubbling with personality and charming quirks, Mexico is not short on colour and intrigue. Every inch of wall space is dedicated to illustrations and paintings of Mexican life and traditions whilst the other side bears hand-painted artwork depicting The Day of the Dead. All around you'll find bursts of character, from the mesh cage lanterns to the red bar, the neon candles and the conservatory that is graced by strings of coloured fairy lights.

Mexico celebrates the vibrant, fresh and lighter side of Mexican cuisine with a seasonal, free-range, sustainable and straight up delicious menu whilst the drinks keep the vibe loud and lively. With a long list of tequila, mezcal, Mexican beers, sangria and their very own brand of Margaritas, Frida's Margaritas, a trip to Mexico is guaranteed to be a night to remember (or not, dependent on tequila intake).
