Mayu is a restaurant born from the memories of head chef Armando Campana's Andean childhood.

Growing up in Peru, Armando quickly discovered a love for whipping up delicious feasts with his beloved grandmother. These days, he's condensed his sentimental journeys into an exciting Parnell eatery, complete with authentic dishes that pay homage to his roots.

Armando sources the pick of the region’s ingredients, ensuring flavours are as fresh as they are intoxicating.
