For food, expect Italian-inspired plates with a Kiwi twist. From fresh mussel fritters to market fish with buttered greens and their very own filet o fish burger, seafood gets all the love it deserves. Local produce is thrown into the spotlight too with a 14-hour slow-cooked Te Mana lamb shoulder and tender beef steaks from Wakanui.
