Featuring award-winning cheeses from all over the world, they've created a menu that acknowledges culinary traditions from around the globe. Italy serves very well in this regard and has inspired their gnocchi mixed with creamy gorgonzola cheese, as well as the cheese garlic bread and mozzarella sticks. Southern Europe also offers a hand with the Spanish chorizo that comes with plenty of goat cheese and dukkah.

The charcuterie board also makes a strong statement with three variations, all of which have a melted cheese skillet on the side and heaps of veggies, potatoes, pickles and crackers. And for those who want to become one with the cheese, the cheese lava burger is exactly as decadent as it sounds; featuring a slow-cooked brisket, caramelised onions and bacon.
