I am always keen to share my story and get to know yours.

I’m Latino, and I let this shine through in all I do.

When someone new enters a room, I’ll always give a warm “hi” and a cheeky smile, welcoming them with a distinct South American flare - so that they know they have a new Amigo and a new experience is about to greet them.

My attitude is humble and unpretentious. This is not to say that I don’t like good things and sharing them with my friends; it means that I do not seek status symbols or show off. Instead, I let my infectious Latino energy shine through in all I do, sharing new experiences and good times with those who matter to me.

Above all else, I value my people. I will drop what I am doing to help my team when they are in need.

I will always give them the space they need to do what they do best while giving them the support they need to succeed.

When I start to think about my journey, I remember how much I used to miss my home and its food. That’s why I have created a place that allows me to close my eyes and be transported back to Argentina. It’s a taste of Argentina, a taste of my culture.

That’s why I speak with more than just passion and pride - my voice carries the fire of my culture and heritage.

It’s the passion of my people and the experience of togetherness through food, fire, and wine.
