Redfire BBQ

Redfire BBQ is a traditional Brazilian steakhouse serving up more than fifteen different cuts of beef, lamb, chicken and pork.

Flip your disc green side up and the restaurant ‘Gauchos’ will present you with a wide range of meats cooked to perfection on skewers. Prime cuts of beef, ribs, sausages, pork belly and chicken hearts (a Brazilian favourite) are slow cooked over a traditional style open flame churrasco barbecue. Delicioso!

Traditional Brazilian dishes such as farofa, carreteiro rice and oven warmed pão de queijo (cheese bread) are also on offer. Top up your plate with fresh greens from the gourmet salad bar and don’t forget to leave room for dessert.
