The Swan

With a stunning interior made from locally sourced materials, The Swan is a new Dunedin bar and restaurant that's as easy on the eye as it is on the taste buds. A relaxed and comfortable atmosphere for you to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Food is prepped and cooked onsite and what’s cooking is pretty exciting. Think citrus-cured salmon; wagyu cheeseburger sliders; and eye fillet with chimichurri.

A haven for carnivores, there's a list of dishes 'to share' that showcases duck, pork and chicken. There are also plenty of vegetarian dishes available like cauliflower and tofu bites, confit carrots with citrus labneh and broccoli and spinach with lime and truffle dressing.

Finish the night and indulge with something sweet like chocolate brûlée with roasted hazelnuts or a cinnamon bun pudding with house-made custard and ice cream.
