Then, they set to work on the interior from scratch, creating an all-natural, breathable space that soothes guests with earthy tones, a minimalist approach to decor and dried wild Otago flowers everywhere you look. Where everyone is equal, the open kitchen creates a communal feel that includes diners in the team of friendly chefs and waiters. A unique and contemporary concept, Arc is quite unlike any other.
