Beginning with a series of small bites, including house cured charcuterie and heritage vegetable varieties, followed by Fiordland Wapiti Venison for the main course, and finishing with aristinal New Zealand cheese and miso apple chutney, and a decadent chocolate dessert which has featured on the menu since 1987.

For nearly 40 years Cazador has been working with local hunters and specialty producers to source premium wild and organic produce from Aotearoa, ensuring that each dish meets their longstanding ethos on sustainable dining.
