Lounge's own specials present their own take on lesser-known classics, like the Lounge Goat that is cooked in coconut milk and sweet cinnamon or Baingan Ka Bharta that roasts soft eggplant with fiery ginger, tomatoes and heaps of garlic. For those who prefer something familiar, a lamb saag, kadhai chicken or palak paneer showcases the best of mainstream Indian cuisine.
