For supper, sumptuous plates await. Whet the appetite with delicate raw fish dressed with coconut and finger limes, smoked pork ribs smothered in a bourbon glaze, and salt and pepper squid with a delightfully warm chili jam. Move on to the humble spaghetti that is elevated with a stunning white wine, chili, and lemon sauce. Alternatively, indulge the meat lover in you with the seared lamb rump cooked to perfection and served with broccolini, kale, and carrot puree. And for those who just want to get stuck in, the aptly named smashed cheeseburger is a treat for the tastebuds. The crisp white shirt is a different matter.

End on a sweet and oh-so-delicious note with vanilla ice cream sandwiched between rich and fudgy chocolate brownies. Pair it with an Espresso Martini or Black Cherry Sour and you have yourself a dessert with plenty of attitude. The Bridgman requires as much.
