In other news, the Luxerose is the real deal with grilled halloumi, sesame broccolini, and poached egg, while the Luxerose waffles come covered in either crispy fried chicken and sweet and spicy glaze, or strawberry compote with vanilla whipped ricotta; try that on for size!

And if you've planned to photosynthesise at midday, the lunch menu is full of nutritional plates that energise and sustain. From the ocean is the Nduja prawn salad or the pan-roasted market fish, from the land, are the tempura oyster mushrooms with lemon aioli, and if you're craving something heartier, there's the 180g Wagyu beef burger with Swiss cheese and bacon onion jam or the beef short rib, with carrot caramalised puree.
