The original outpost of the legendary cafe-come-bar group, Lone Star Manchester Street specialises in mighty meat dishes, killer cocktails, and good vibes.

When Steve Ward and Tim Whelan founded it in 1988 they were on a mission to make restaurants fun and boy did they deliver. Think a classic party soundtrack, quirky menus featuring the likes of Stand By Your Lamb (slow-roasted lamb shoulder) and a hip team.
