Just like their name leads you to believe, you can indeed dine under the stars at Stellar Restaurant & Bar. Their central glass ceiling provides a window to the skies and they even have a telescope on hand for those of you that want to take a closer look. The rest of the ceiling is a stunning vista of star-spangled glass creating a romantic & elegant setting for your night out.

Their menu is contemporary European cuisine with an Asian influence and, like the decor, shows flair and originality.

Stellar is a very exciting and unique addition to the rapidly growing Christchurch dining scene.

Stellar also offer lunch and breakfast which are far more casual affairs. High tea is served at Stellar from Thursday to Sunday from 10am to 4:30pm, the perfect venue for a ladies catch-up, and offering the opportunity to enjoy dainty sweet and savoury dishes with tea, coffee or an alcoholic drink in classy, quiet surroundings.
