As the name suggests, La Salon Rouge heralds the exact art of French cooking. With Executive Chef Lindsay Bennett at the helm, you're in for an absolute treat from starters to dessert. The menu centres on sharing with grazing plates primed for intimate chats over some incredible gastronomy. So, fill the table with delicacies like NZ mussels, char grilled beef sirloin, lamb short rib and duck liver parfait for a supper full of flavour and texture.

And, seeing as we're in the French provinces, experience the magic of fromage with a Kiwi twist.
