Hilary's Restaurant

Situated in the Copthorne Hotel and Apartment Lakeview, Hillary’s Restaurant serves traditional cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere, away from the rush of central Queenstown, New Zealand.

The light and airy dining space has some of the best views in Queenstown, looking out across lake Wakatipu and towards the Southern Alps.

The simple menu features Kiwi favourites done well. Try the delicious sole fillet and chips, or the chicken parmigiana burger with melted mozzarella and Napolitano sauce. Salmon fillet, lamb rump and angus sirloin are among other menu favourites.
