The Head Chef and the backbone of Chilli Dhaba, has had over 20 years of culinary experience across various 5 star establishments.

A master of his trade, cooking was his passion from a young age, having grown up with his father, who was also a renowned Indian chef. Chilli Dhaba opened in Mornington in February 2018 and has been an instant hit amongst the locals. The team at Chilli Dhaba is passionate about the cuisine and aims to share their love of Indian cuisine through their authentic and contemporary Indian food.

Not only is all of their food cooked with love and served with pride, the same can be said for the atmosphere. They have a warm and inviting dining room, paired with great service, you can be sure you’re in good hands here.
