Welcome to Cullens restaurant located in the heart of the CBD in Hamilton, serving modern New Zealand cuisine influenced by the finest regional ingredients. Cullens is known locally for our daily specials with an emphasis on seasonal seafood. At Cullens we know that more and more people are caring about not only the quality of their food but about where their food comes from, so at Cullens we only use the freshest ingredients and naturally farmed foods. We use Pork and Bacon from Freedom Farm's, Hawke’s Bay Lamb, Mahi Farm Eye Fillet and Free range Chicken and Eggs.

The ambience at Cullens restaurant is friendly, comfy and relaxed. In the winter months there is a warming open fireplace with lounging chairs to relax in and in the summer months you can choose to dine inside or alfresco with seating in our outdoor courtyard or conservatory. The perfect location to enjoy those extended balmy evenings, whilst observing Hamilton from the comfort of Cullens in the heart of the CBD.

At Cullens we put just as much effort into looking after you as we do our cuisine with group bookings being our specialty. Cullens can cater for small or large groups with A La Carte dining for up to twenty guests or a choice of three set menus are available to a maximum of seventy-five guests. Any dietary requirements are also taken care of with Gluten Free and Dairy Free options.
