The lunch menu celebrates fine meats with sumptuous accompaniments. Take the glazed pork cheek, for example, that comes with crisp tiger prawns and a sweet parsnip puree and the beef stroganoff with heaps of potato hash and lashings of creamy mushroom sauce.
