The menu covers all manner of authentic BBQ dishes, all placed gently over indirect heat from a wood fire for up to 14 hours so they naturally infuse with the smoke. Try spiced cauliflower and crispy boneless wings before tucking into a prime sirloin steak, or keep it simple with the famous smoked brisket burger.

Remember to leave space for lime coconut cheesecake, or forget the rest and fall head over heels with their snickers sundae: peanuts, oreo cookie, caramel and whipped cream…the choice is yours.
